It's easy. It's private. It's secure. We don't sell or rent your name, email or any other information to any other companies. All credit card and customer order information is secured using SSL encryption on our secure site, ssl.netchannel.com. You'll notice that we take you to that server when you check out.
* Add to Cart
Each contemporary area rug has an "Add to Cart" link next to it. Press the link, and another screen automatically appears allowing you to specify the quantity. After you enter a number, the screen that you were previously shopping on will reappear.
* Review Cart
This link takes you to a list of items that you have entered so far. You can easily remove items and change quantities from this screen.
* Check Out
This link takes you to an online where you enter your name and address. You press "submit" and a screen appears asking you about your shipping preferences.
* Shipping Information
If you click the box that indicates the information is the same, you don't have to fill in in twice.
* Payment Information
When paying by credit card, you are then linked to a screen at Iongate, the company that processes our credit card payments.
* Receipt
The final step is a receipt that appears on your screen, summarizing your order.
* Email confirmation
We also send you an email summarizing your order.
* Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are for ground shipments in the continental US only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories is available at an additional charge.
* Sales Tax
There is no sales tax except for shipments within the state of New Mexico. - Returns & Replacements

Voluntary Returns for a Refund
* There is no restocking fee for a single item provided that:
o You fill out the online returns form within 3 days of receiving the rug. Please note: you simply have to fill out the returns form within 3 days. You do not have to send the rug back in 3 days. See below.
o Then the ball is in our court. We will email you a return authorization number (RMA) and the address to which to ship the rug. This may take up to three business days (M-F). In many cases, the return-to address is different from the original address. Please wait to receive the RMA and address email from us.
o You then ship the item back to the address we provide. You pay to ship the item back. You have an additional 7 days from when we send you the return authorization email to send us the return tracking number, which you receive from your shipping company. We need the tracking number to avoid delays issuing your refund.
o We issue a refund for the amount of the rug, including ground shipping charges to you (if there were any). We do not refund shipping costs back to us. We do not refund overnight, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day shipping costs.* Any other return is approved solely at our discretion. If issued, there is a 25% restocking fee. Situations this includes:
o If you are beyond the time periods listed above.
o If you have ordered multiple items and are returning more than one, a 25% restocking fee applies to each item returned.
o If a return authorization form is not filled out and an item is refused or returned without notifying us in advance.
o If you return the item to an address other than the one we emailed you.The same policies apply to rug pads, with the additional requirement that the packaging must be perfect, so that the item is suitable for resale.
Additionally, the following must be true for a voluntary return for a refund:
* The item is in the same new, perfect condition in which you received it. It must be free of any pet hair, dirt, etc.
* The rug must be shipped back in heavy plastic. If it splits open and becomes dirty during shipment, the warehouse will refuse it. The inner plastic that the rug may arrive in is not suitable for shipping.
* Duct or electrical tape must not be applied directly to any part of the rug.Once the warehouse inspects your item, which may take up to one week in the case of the larger warehouses, a refund is issued to the original credit card account you used. This process goes faster if you email us the return tracking number, so we are aware when the item is delivered. We notify you by telephone or email when your refund is issued. It then takes a couple of days to appear on your credit card statement.
Returns -- If You Receive the Wrong Item or a Damaged Item
If the wrong rug is shipped, or the rug you receive has a manufacturing defect, please fill out the online returns form. We will arrange a call tag to have the rug picked up, at no charge to you, and we will also issue a replacement order for the correct rug. However, if you choose not to receive a replacement, you would then have to pay shipping back.Please call us or email us if you have any questions.
