Piao Xue Cheng is a beloved portrait and landscape painter. He was born in 1954 in China and graduated from the Art School of Harbin University in 1984. He was appointed a Professional Artist in Literature and Arts Creation and studied at the Repin Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, Russia. He has been a professor at Seoul Arts Center and worked as a national railroad operator from 1974 to 1992.
His work has been selected multiple times for the China and Korea National Fine Arts Competitions. He has been showcased in numerous solo exhibitions and his work is included in the National Art Museum of China and in corporate collections such as the Korea Times, Hyundai and Samsung.
